Our offerings change as we get inspired to create new mixes and see what is enjoyed the most.  All honey that is used is RAW.  We choose to use partially crystalized honey when available, because it mixes with the herbs better.  This does not change the electuary at all, in fact, it proves that the honey is raw and untreated.

All of the herbs and botanicals that we use for our electuaries are organic or grown on property using regenerative practices.  If you have questions about any combination, please reach out.
